Herbal medicine works in conjunction with acupuncture to achieve the best outcome. Herbology is one of the most important modalities utilized in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Each herbal medicine prescription is a combination of many herbs tailored to the individual patient. We are experienced with Herbal Medicine and use patterned medicine (if applicable)or tea for each individual patient.

We understand that each patient has specific needs and at VN Health Center, we treat each patient according to these needs in areas including dietary, exercise or environment. About Us
Myung S. Veronica Noh, DAOM, L.Ac, RN has been a licensed acupuncturist/ herbalist for the past 8 years, and has completed her doctoral Degree in Integrated Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland Oregon and Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Noh has her Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from NCCAOM, and has worked as a RNII in the Intensive Care Unit at Providence Hospital in Washington D.C. for 16 years. Dr. Noh has several Professional Certificates in Chinese Herbal Medicine and several Advanced Acupuncture Certificates.
